Purchase Orders:     

We gladly accept school Purchase Orders. Please fax your school's Purchase Order to (307) 235-0739.
 

TAXES:                       

Public Schools, Colleges and  Universities are not charged any tax. Personal Orders from qualified individuals in the state of Wyoming will be charged the appropriate tax for your county. Orders shipped outside the state of WY will not be charged tax.

SHIPPING POLICY NOTICE

We charge you only the actual shipping costs when you place an order. For all orders over $1000 Acadea will include Ground Shipping Free! Express shipping is also available if requested.

Proof of Academic Status

In order to process your Academic Software order, the manufacturers require us to obtain and keep on file, written verifiable proof that all customers qualify for this Academic discount program.

You may provide us with proof by emailing or faxing us a copy of your:

School ID card

School Purchase Order

Written letter on official school letterhead from principal or other school administrator verifying status

A copy of college ID card or a copy of the current course schedule
