Starting with our core offering of Managed Services  . . .

Check IT. This system scans your email ensuring that no unwanted junk mail or virus infected files enter your network and computer systems.

Guardian IT. We proactively watch your network so that you don’t have to. We advise you when any of your computer systems or network components are at risk of failure and constantly monitor network performance, security and reliability.

Restore IT. This system automatically backs up your critical data. The backup is encrypted and located offsite at our secure, mirrored data silos.  No matter what type of disaster occurs at your location, you are assured that your data is secure, protected and available with multiple generations should you ever need it.

To this we add . . .

4 Hours of onsite service time per month. This service is not a “use it or lose it” type of service. Our engineers will be scheduled to service your location every month for a total of 4 hours. It could be one hour per week, two hours every other week, or one four hour block each month. This time may be used for any phase of computer related service, including preventative maintenance, computer repair, network troubleshooting, software support, or anything else that you might require.

12x5 Priority Help Desk Support. You get direct access to level 2 support services using a dedicated telephone number. When you call CPU for Managed Services, support or warranty services you’ll get to speak directly to one of our A+ certified service technicians or certified network engineers in Casper, not a stranger in India, Mexico or a Geek at the retail chain store.  We are familiar with your computing environment, so why trust your service and support to someone offshore that has no idea how your location functions?
